Preorders and Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once the package has been shipped. Preorder items cannot be canceled as the funds are used to help pay for production costs of the item. An unjust chargeback will result in a dispute of the chargeback, cancellation of said order, and having any future purchases subject to cancellation.
Damages and Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you were sent the wrong item, please contact me so that the issue can be evaluated and resolved. I am not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs while your order is in transit, nor any damages that occur after receiving the item.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you were sent a wrong item as a mistake on my end, please let me know within 10 days of recieving the item; I'm more than happy to exchange (USA only) or refund it. If you'd prefer a refund, it can take up to 10 business days, and please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
